Help Me Support charity: water (video)

Many of us have no idea what it is like to be actually thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink — even the water in our toilets is clean! Unfortunately, many people around the world do not have that luxury.

Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it does not have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections, and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities across the globe. That’s where charity: water comes in. Watch “The Spring – The charity: water story.”

Today, I became a Spring Member, pledging a donation to charity: water every month. Since I was a child, I wanted to help people in Africa. Now, I have a son who is half Kenyan. I am teaching him to appreciate how fortunate we are. We have this giving project to share as a family. I hope to someday take him to see wells being built in his other home country. We want to help provide clean and safe drinking water to members our our family and people of the world community who are in need. I also started a fundraising campaign for charity: water called, “Songs For Water.” This fundraiser is to help charity: water build the much needed water projects around the world.

As some of you (my faithful readers) know, I am releasing a single next month (including some of the songs in the player at the bottom of this post), followed by an album in the Spring (May 2021). To boost the Songs For Water campaign, I will be donating 50% of sales from downloads of my songs to charity: water. You can purchase songs at Spotify links coming soon!

Better yet, donate to my “Songs For Water” campaign directly by giving your gift on this page: Anything you give is much appreciated. I will post updates as they come. Thank you in advance for your gift to support charity: water.

IMPORTANT: 100% of your donation at the above linked page will be used to build clean water projects. When those projects are complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped. There’s nothing to lose and so many lives to gain, so please donate today!

My Music News UPDATE: The music profile hosting the songs below is now ranked on reverbnation at #360 Nationally (out of over 7,000 singer / songwriters) and #543 Globally – That’s top 1,000 in the world (out of over 11,525 singer / songwriters)! This has great potential to be a huge fundraiser for charity: water. Thanks for your support!
